DLP670S: DLP6750Q1EVM Locked to External Source unchecks itself when visualizing full resolution static phase profile

We are currently trying to visualize a near random phase profile of dimension (1600,2560) onto our PLM device. We have attached an example image below. When using various methods to display it on the PLM, the chip disconnects from the computer and the "locked to external source" status gets unchecked. Do you have any insights into this issue?

    Hello Victor,

    This is a function of the on board IT6535 receiver.  Are you using Display Port (DP) or HDMI?  

    What are you driving it with?  (i.e. GPU and parameters)  Try a different Video cable or the other receiver (DP <--> HDMI), just for test purposes.  Also try a different PC with a different graphic system (again for test purposes).

    Please let us know the result.
