The lens was found broken and the plastic cover outside the lens was normal   The outer packing and packing box are in good condition！

Lens protective case is OK whether prove itself factory existence quality problem, please help to answer, thank you

    Hello, I ordered in China time February 29, after receiving the goods found that the lens is broken, the outer packaging are not damaged, the box is not abnormal, and the chip inside you have a small white spot。  

    Please help answer。Please help me with my problem. Thank you

    Hello User,

    You qualify for a replacement EVM via the RMA process. Please reach out to your local distributor, whom you purchased the EVM from, and request a replacement. Use this E2E thread as evidence.
