Thank you for the information!

I believe it's a known issue of DLP LightCrafter Display GUI that we will need to fix. Please allow us sometime to look into this and check if there is an alternative method for you by the end of this week.

Hello Levi,

There has been a known issue with the existing DLP Lightcrafter Display GUI programming feature not working so we recommend following these steps with an alternate GUI:

Please keep in mind step 2 to keep the projector on switch in the "off" position.

Also keep in mind step 3a to pick dlp4710evm-lc because the dlpdlcr3310evm is also dual controller.

Please try this firmware should be version 7.1.2.
