    I am unable to do much as an applications engineer here, as the E2E forums are typically run by Applications Engineers and not by Customer Operations.

    I would talk to customer operations and ask why they have rejected your return, as they will strictly look at the EVM guarantee and the datasheet for your DLP5530-Q1 DMD for this.

     We had received 3 RGB projectors DLP5330PROJQ1EVM:

    They had been tested and 2 works well but one of them:

     - It is missing a cable (the blue and white):

     - I used the cable from another projector to test it and it doesn’t work.

    - We need a replacement of the projector to a working one with the missing cable.

    - We are not sure about the reference number; I send you pictures of possible reference number.

    Thanks for the information. I'm sorry your request was rejected, and I see why you would want one. May I ask what does not work? Does the EVM power up at all?

    Are you using all of the same supplies and performing an A-B-A swap? Only one item should be swapped at once to ensure we isolate what may be causing the issue. Please see Page 02 of TI's Guidelines for Customer Return Handling for an example of the A-B-A swap.

    Let's just spend a little time troubleshooting this to see if we can come to a quicker solution (or to see if we just need to send you a component or two).

    Do you have any updates on testing the systems with known-good equipment? I would like to know if it is just a cable you need or if the third EVM does not work at all.

    Desde el equipo de ingenieros me informan que han probado de nuevo los 3 proyectores. Han cambiado el cable que le falta de uno de los proyectores a este en el que falta el cable y funciona. Por lo tanto es necesario que nos mandéis únicamente el cable, foto adjunta:

    Using TI's translation tool, I have the following translation:

    "From the team of engineers inform me that they have tested again the 3 projectors. They have changed the missing cable of one of the projectors to this one in which the cable is missing and works. Therefore it is necessary that you send us only the cable, attached photo:"

    Is this correct? I will get started on getting you this new cable and send you a friend request on E2E so we can get your shipping address.

    I will also be closing this thread thanks to you and your teams help in determining that your EVMs all work and you just require the cable you have shown above (HUD interface cable).
