DLP650LNIR:产品命名规则

Part Number: DLP650LNIR

为什么DLP650LNIR针对的是NIR(Near infrared),但是命名中有个L呢。

  • Good afternoon,

Here seems to be the translation to your question.

"Why does DLP650LNIR target NIR (Near infrared), but there is an L in the name?", is this correct?

To answer your question, the L in DLP650LNIR refers to the resolution of the device. L signifies that this will be a WXGA based resolution.

Also, I wonder if posting in the China E2E forums will be more productive for you.

    Best Regards,

  • Hi ?? ?,

This is what TI's translation tool has output for me:

"Why is the DLP650LNIR for NIR (Near infrared), but there is an L in the name."

    Is this correct?

If so, this is the naming convention we use for DMD ICs.

    • All DMDs start with DLP followed by their diagonal size (0.65" = 65), then we have a reserved business unit spin (0 here)
      • This gives us DLP650 so far
    • After that, we have a resolution. L refers to a WXGA part, which has a resolution of 1280x800 pixels
      • We now have DLP650L
    • We then add what spectrum of light the DMD can be used with
      • DLP650LNIR
    • Lastly, we will put the package designator
      • DLP650LNIRFYL

I hope this answers your question.

    Regards,
