DLP7000UV: Spec of Cover glass

Hello
I am designing a laser processing machine using DLP7000UV.
We are currently in the process of creating and experimenting with a prototype.

I would like to accurately calculate the distance between the DMD mirror and the imaging lens.
What is the thickness of the cover glass of DLP7000UV?
What is the material and refractive index of the glass?

    Hello Taka,

    This information can be found in the data sheets and its attached ICD.

    The cover glass per the data sheet [DLPS061E] in  7.13 Window Characteristics on page 21 is Corning 7056.  You will have  to get the specifications from Corning for this glass.

    For distances see the ICD attached to the data sheet.  Sheet 1 shows the thickness as 2.9972 +/- 0.127 mm.  The gap between the active array surface is right there also shown as 0.48626 +/- 0.1524 mm.
