DLP650LNIR: Window transmittance curve for long wave infrared band.

Part Number: DLP650LNIR

The window transmittance data curve of DLP650LNIR only shows  near-infrared wavelength till 2.5um. But our experiment uses more than 10 μ m of long wavelength infrared light.

Therefore, I would like to know if there is a window transmittance curve for this wavelength range.(2.5um-20um)

  • Hello User,

This DMD is designed for wavelengths out to 2um.  For the range you are asking about we do not have data.

In addition as the wavelength approaches the (pixel pitch)/2 the diffraction becomes very challenging.  There are very few orders left in the space.  The 24 degree illumination is not longer useful.  The system begins to look like a rough mirror.
