I have a couple of questions regarding the DLP Light Crafter Display 4710 EVM. I have connected it following steps from the DLP Light Crafter
Display 4710 EVM Gen2 User’s Guide. The GUI is working properly, and, at some point, the issue was that the DMD did not project anything, not even the default screen. The GUI showed that EVM Status is "Connected", and the input is "Video". When we clicked on the Test Patterns, the input stayed "Video", and nothing was projected.
Then, we checked all the connections and power cycled the EVM. After that, we were never able to turn it on again. Now, the GUI shows "EVM Status: connected, turned off". We are unable to turn it on with the green button.
I am wondering whether it would be possible to get a replacement of the same model, as our current EVM is not functioning properly.
