DLPC350: Does it need an EVM or is the DLP4500EVM all it needs?

Tool/software:

Does the DLPC350 need an EVM to support it or is the DLP4500EVM all it needs? It looks like from the diagrams that's the case.

I'm also curious if that's the case with the DLPC410 as well.
