Just to set expectations here: we will be limited in the support we can offer on OMAP-L138 software, since the last software release we provided was more than 4 years ago, SDK 6.3: https://www.ti.com/tool/download/PROCESSOR-SDK-LINUX-OMAPL138

With that said:

1) What SDK version are you using?

2) Can you link me to the quick start guide you are using?

Thank you for sharing. The quick start guide is assuming that you are loading Linux onto the ARM core. If you are using Processor SDK RTOS, I would suggest following the steps in the RTOS Getting Started Guide: https://software-dl.ti.com/processor-sdk-rtos/esd/docs/06_03_00_106/rtos/Overview.html#processor-sdk-rtos-getting-started-guide

Nick,thanks for your help.I'm poor in English,so maybe i didn't explain the reason clearly to you.I want to know,when i get my LCDK OMAP L138,which drivers i need to download for recognising the port and my developing.The operating system I use is Windows 11.The tools i use is CCS.Looking forward to your reply.

How to open terminal communication with the board

You should be able to open up a serial port to communicate with the board over the UART terminal by following the instructions on the paper.

Limited support for this part's software

Like I said, we are no longer able to answer questions about the software on this device (though we are still able to answer questions about the hardware). If you are just starting your design process, it might make sense to look at newer processors where we will be able to offer software support if you need it.

The Software Developer Kits (SDKs) 

If you are developing RTOS or bare metal to run on some of the OMAP-L138 cores, you would refer to the RTOS SDK:

If you want to run Linux on the ARM core, you would develop the Linux software with the Linux SDK:
https://www.ti.com/tool/download/PROCESSOR-SDK-LINUX-OMAPL138

Keep in mind that you can only develop Linux code on a Linux computer (i.e., you would not be able to develop Linux software on your Windows 11 computer).
