DLPC1438: Issue of Data transfer to the DLPC1438

Tool/software:

Using SPI sent .bmp Data to the DLPC1438 over and over, sometimes(atleast 10 hours) it would happen spi ready keep low for certain seconds(16~30) while one .bmp file just cost 2 seconds sent to DLPC1438 in normal.

Besides, we observerd that the .bmp pattern showed by DLPC1438 would happen so shifting mismatch when spi ready keep low occur.

Please guide me how to solve this issue, thanks.

I'd recommended referring to Section 4 of the DLPC1438 Software Programmer's Guide - SPI Data Transmission. This section has great detail regarding data formatting for image transmissions over SPI.

Are you reading back the CRC value or CRC Check?

I would also suggest reviewing the procedure describe in Section 3.3.2 of the DLPC1438 Software Programmer's Guide - 3D Print Procedure with FPGA Front-End.
