There is a mismatch in the command arguments. There are two options - You can either use a later version of ACP (v1.60.1.33) where the command is updated.
Or you can change the script.

Line 43: Replace with the below line of code
Summary = WriteTps99000Tia1Trims( 1.0, 1.0, 1.0, False)
