LP-AM263P: on-board XDS110 MCU (TM4C1294NCPDT) does not enter DFU mode and is not detected by an external debugger – both these methods are suggested in TI’s documentation.

On-board XDS110 COM ports don’t enumerate
Upon investigation done using TI’s documentation, as per the document, on-board XDS110 MCU (TM4C1294NCPDT) does not enter DFU mode and is not detected by an external debugger – both these methods are suggested in TI’s documentation
 

We could not connect to the device at all.
