    Hello Tian,

    We leave this for customers to have the freedom to design their system and don't have a recommended Front end IC solution for this chip. This solution also requires a 4K+ (3840x2400) resolution which is comparably niche.

    We recommend customers to reach out to their previously utilized front end IC providers and work with them to find a solution.

    Relatedly, it is possible our recommended 4K UHD solution - IT6807 - front end chip offered by ITE is a solution but to this point has not been tested/verified.

    Hello Tian,

    The DLPC4422 is the predecessor to the DLPC4420 and is a drop-in compatible controller part. 

    The DLP801XE is only included in the latest software updates for the DLPC4420 and the DLPC4422 controller was removed before this DMDs release.

    Additionally, we never provided a front-end solution for the DLPC4422 but it was capable of 4K UHD resolution.

    Again, 4K+ is a niche resolution and it's highly recommended your work with front end IC providers to find a solution - with the DLPC4420 controller.
