Welcome to the E2E forum and thank you for your interest in DLP® technology.

Please see the instructions below for programming the system in Bootloader mode or using the JTAG to programming the bootloader.

1. Power off the EVM/custom board

2. Connect the BOOT_HOLD jumper J9 on the formatter board with controller

3. Connect the USB cable from your PC to EVM for communication with EVM GUI

4. Power on the EVM and check the Connection status in EVM GUI

5. If you are able to see the connection then try flashing with the latest firmware available on ti.com

Only if you are not able to communicate, you will need to use the JTAG to program the bootloader.
