DLP6500FLQ: DLP6500 active block function question

Hello Victor,

Please have them try more blocks as an initial test (like start 0 and end 7).

Also, they must still load the full 1920 x 1080 pattern into memory.  Be sure it is a pattern that will be easy to see.

Let me know if that does not work.

Can the customer see the image on the DMD, when the whole array is selected? Also, what is the pattern that they are trying to display?

Here is answer from customer.

I can see the image on DMD when boot up, it means the whole dmd blocks are selected.

But, once I select partial dmd blocks(for example start block 0, end block 7) and press updateLUT, 

I cannot go back to the previous state(whole dmd blocks selected state).

The reason why I ask is that one of our customers wants to capture images on a moving plate.

so, they want to reduce exposure time as short as they can.

Can you ask them for an image of the main GUI page?  Specifically I want to see which GUI version and which firmware version they are using.
