Part Number: DLPNIRNANOEVM

Tool/software:

Hello,

Is there a way (hardware or software wise) to turn off the two tungsten lights and use your own light source for material analysis?

Thank you,

  • Hello Pendrag,

Please refer to the NIRNANOEVM User's Guide - https://www.ti.com/lit/ug/dlpu030g/dlpu030g.pdf.

See the table and picture on page 18.  J501 (marked "Lamp" on the picture) can be disconnected which will disable the lamps.  This output can drive a little bit more power than the on board lamps, or better it can be used via some enable on your own lamp driver.
