There are unclear specifications on datasheet "DLPC200.pdf DLPS014B". Could you clarify specifications below?

 

-DC specification of P2P5V(absolute Maximum Rating, recommended operating range)

    Here are the details -

    IMPORTANT NOTE: I measured this data from one device and it is intended for reference only.  We will update the data sheet with the specification, which may differ a little from what I provided below.

    -DC specification of P2P5V(absolute Maximum Rating, recommended operating range)

    -DC specification of P3P3V(absolute Maximum Rating, recommended operating range)

    [Comment] Please use a range of +/- 5% --

    P2P5 .....  MIN = 2.375V NOMINAL = 2.5V MAX = 2.625V

    P3P3 ..... MIN = 3.135V NOMINAL = 3.3V MAX = 3.465V

    -DC specification of VREF_B2(absolute Maximum Rating, recommended operating range)

    -DC specification of VREF_B3(absolute Maximum Rating, recommended operating range)

    -DC specification of VREF_B4(absolute Maximum Rating, recommended operating range)

    [Comment] 0.9V used in our design; since this is the input to the SDRAM memory; i also suggest at looking at the  MT47H32M16HR-3:F specification.

    -I/O specification of TYPE "B3"

    [Comment] This was the typo in the document. Please read this as "B2". We are updating the document.
