Hi,

 

There are unclear specifications on datasheet "DLPA200.pdf DLPS015A". Could you clearfy specifications below?

 

-DC specification of VBIAS(absolute Maximum Rating, recommended operating range)

-DC specificaiton of VBIAS_LHI(absolute Maximum Rating, recommended operating range)

-DC specification of VBIAS_SWL(absolute Maximum Rating, recommended operating range)

-DC specification of VBIAS_RAIL(absolute Maximum Rating, recommended operating range)

-DC specification of VRESET(absolute Maximum Rating, recommended operating range)

-DC specification of VRESET_SWL(absolute Maximum Rating, recommended operating range)

-Dc specificaiton of VRESET_RAIL(absolute Maximum Rating, recommended operating range)

    Hello Keisuke-san,

    Some of these are voltage provided by internal regulators and the *_SWL lines are for switching inductors.

    Since the internal regulators supply VBIAS, VRESET and VOFFSET only nominal values are listed.  The absolute maximum ratings are for stress testing for design verification. 

    Are you attempting to design with the DLPA200?
