What is the solution? I tried the admin and reinstalling solution in the ticket and it didn't work for me too.

    Hi Thijs,

    I'm very sorry that DLPC230 Control Program does not seem to be working for you.

    May I know what operating system you are using? Do you have the proper Microsoft dependencies installed if you are on a Microsoft Windows OS? As far as I know, this is a Windows-only application, but I could be mistaken.
    Where are you installing this? The default location is "C:\Program Files (x86)\Texas Instruments\DLPC230 Control Program Lite 1.60.1.141"

    I am not as familiar with the software, but my first thought when reading the log is that there is some dependency with Microsoft Visual Basic. This is most likely failing at the start of the main application:

    Are you able to download the installer once again? Maybe the file was corrupt when you originally downloaded it? I would uninstall one more time, download the installer again from the DLPC230 software development tab, delete the old installer, and then reinstall.

    Then, if this issue persists, check to see if this error appears again. Do you have a coworker or colleague who is able to get a fresh install on their computer to reproduce this issue?
