Hi, I'm looking to see how I can work with someone to get a Evalution Module (EVM) for the for the Phase-Only Spatial Light Modulator (PLM) of the Digital Micrometer Device from TI's white paper titled "Optimizing a Micro Electro Mechanical System (MEMS) based Phase-only Light Modular (PLM) for improved system performance"

Our target model would be: 0.98” PLM EVM

How do I go about facilitating?

Hi, I did not know what part number to use as this is not a product I'm familiar with. Please refer to TI's white paper "Optimizing a Micro Electro Mechanical System (MEMS) based Phase-only Light Modular (PLM) for improved system performance" Appendix A.
