I am planning to use DLP3010 in one of my products which has an operating temperature specification of -20 deg C to +70 deg C.
As the operating temperature for DLP3010 is 0°C to 70° C, I am concerned about the performance of the DLP3010 at negative temperatures.
1. What are the performance deviations which I can expect if DLP3010 operates between 0 degC to -20 deg C for longer duration?
2. Is there any test reports/results which is performed by TI to understand the performance variation & failure rate of the DLP3010 at negative temperature (0 to -20 deg C)?
3. What is the definition of short term operational in the datasheet under section Operating Conditions?
4. May I know the MTBF values calculated for DLP3010?
