DLPC410: DLPC410 is abnormal and VLED1 is off.

Part Number: DLPC410
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: DLP9500

Tool/software:

Hi, TI expert:

DLPC410 is abnormal and VLED1 is off.

1. I use my own board design, the hardware architecture is FPGA+DLPC410+DLP9500, and the firmware used is shown in the figure. But now DLP9500 has no display, VLED0 is blinking, VLED1 is off.
2. The ddc verison value is 0, init active is always high, and initialization fails. So what should the correct ddc verison be?

Please help to analyze the reason, thank you very much!

  • It sounds like the DLPC410 is not correctly receiving training patters from the input FPGA.

  • Hello, TI expert!
        1. The init active signal of DLPC410 has been lowered, indicating that DLPC410 initialization is complete. But the rst active signal was always high, but I didn't send any data (valid and other signals were all low). The Y10 and AC11 pins have been raised.
        2. When sending a picture to the DLP9500, the rst active signal is also always high and does not drop halfway.
        3. In addition, my test program has been verified on other boards, it can display pictures normally.

Please help me analyze the problem, thank you very much!

  • Quiyan,

Is it possible to have a telephone call with you on this?

When you say your test program has been verified on other boards, do you mean TI EVMs or do you mean other boards that you designed?
