Hi I am trying to use the GUI DLP Light Crafter Display V 7.4 but it it not working. On the document it explains with V7.0 so the interface is completely different. Please help in this regard.

    Hello, 

    Could you please clarify what is not working with the GUI? The most up to date version is v7.4, if recent documentations does not reflect that I will make note to have it fixed.

    Hi Maximus,

    I am trying to adjust the display settings (changing the width, height etc. of the projection). These options are not available in the new GUI V7.4 but seems to be available in the older version as shown in the GUI guide document. Can you please help me with this and if possible please help me get the V7.0 GUI with which I can work for now until you fix the issue with V7.4

    Hello,

    What do you mean these options are not available in v7.4 GUI? There is no support for distributing old versions of the GUI and as far as I can tell these commands are supported. Additionally you can try using the advanced mode which breaks out some other commands as well

    This is v7.4 in this I am not able to find display controls for the evk which you see on the gui guide made for v7.0. I tried reinstalling the software and tried different laptops too but same result. I need to acess the simple mode, lokks like its default advance mode for me.

    Hello,

    How are you launching the GUI? You should use the shortcut labeled "DLP LightCrafter Display v7.4" in the following folder path: C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Texas Instruments\DLP LightCrafter Display v7.4
