May I ask the DLPC3478+D3010LC+DLPA2005 combination, in which DLPA2005 does not use VLED function (about VLED-related pin suspension processing), and uses other chips to power the LED of the optical module separately? I use FWSel_DLPC3478_DLPA2005_pm1_i2c0x36_v9p2p0.img to flash of DLPC3478, it can not successfully start DLP3010LC, and HOST_IRQ OF DLPC3478 is always high, what is the reason?

    We use  DLPC3478+D3010LC+DLPA2005 combination for out product , write DLPC34XX_BootDiagV1.0.0.img to FLASH OF DLPC3478. Power on and start PROJ_ON, VRST,VBIAS, VOFS normal voltage, respectively -14.2V, 18.2V, 10.1V, but host_irq of dlpc3478 is always high. View the following print through the serial port tool:

    Please ask about the startup of DLPC3478.

    Question 1. In combination DLP3010LC+DLPC3478_DLPC2005, does the pin HOST_IRQ of DLPC3478 must be pull down by firmware if tests with DLP_Boot_Diagnostic_Tool_v1.0.0 pass?

    Problem 2: In combination DLP3010LC+DLPC3478_DLPC2005, firmware (version: FWSel_DLPC3478_DLPA2005_pm1_i2c0x36_v9p2p0.img) Will check whether the VLED voltage is started normally, and if the external LED is not connected, will the startup fail and the DLPC3478 pin HOST_IRQ always high?

    Question 3. Under the combination DLP3010LC+DLPC3478_DLPC2005, if we want to use the LED driver circuit of other companies instead of the integrated LED driver circuit of DLPA2005, can we use the firmware (version: FWSel_DLPC3478_DLPA2005_pm1_i2c0x36_v9p2p0.img) Is written to flash of DLPC3478 and started successfully?

    Hello Paul,

    Please advise if you are using the DLP3010EVM-LC or this is your own board?

    Have you followed the DLPC3478 and DLPA2005 power-up sequences to see if the timing for the other connections are coming up properly? It doesn't seem that something is being initialized though.

    Please note that next week is holiday for myself and many on my team, there may delayed response!
