DLP4710EVM-LC: DLP4701EVM, EVM Status: Connected. Powered Off

Part Number: DLP4710EVM-LC

Dear TI members

I got the new DLPC4710LC-EVM - 2[pcs] and tested connection using GUI 3.2.0.7, 3.1.0.7 and 3.2.0.6 

But EVM Status are "Connected , power off" continually. 

it happen to the same issue using DLPC3010 EVM . 

What is a problem?

    I download firmware again. It is happen the same issue.

    Sorry, I need a little more information, when is the status changing? Is it changing by itself?

    The possible status are:

    • Ready
    • Connected, Incompatible EVM
    • Connected, Power Off
    • Not Connected

    Hello LP,

    I'm still not sure if there are changes being made with the hardware, I will assume this is the case.

    The brief 1-3 instructions don't have a 4th instruction to also completely depress the SW21 button labeled on the board as 'On/Off' as well.

    I'd recommend you see the DLP4710EVM-LC EVM User's Guide and refer to the 'Quick-Start Procedure.'
