I am using DLPM2000EVM projector module in our custom DLP2607 & DLPA1000 based controller board. When I connect the Projector module with our customer board found there is no display through projector module.
We tested our same custom controller board with another projector module (DLPM2000EVM) found it was working which concludes that board is working but projector module is not working. To confirm more, the faulty projector module tested with few more custom controller board and found no display has come.
During debugging the issue DLPA1000 IC signals are probed when we test with faulty projector module and working projector module. That is tabulated below for your reference.

From above, VLED & SW4 signal levels are not matching and remaining signal levels are matching each other . Moreover few DMD data lines are probed and found some data are going at power up time alone in not working setup.
Please suggest why the projector was not working ?
What could be the reason for mismatching levels of VLED & SW4 ?
What else to be checked ?
