I have a question regarding the DLP6500FLQ 0.65” 1080p Type-A DMD.

Specifically, what is the maximum incident power that can be applied to the DMD without causing damage to the micromirrors?

 

Additionally, if the incident power is high, could you provide a guidance on optimizing the heatsink design or adding a cooling fan to ensure proper thermal management?
