Hello,
I am trying to connect my 471TP EVM to my laptop to reduce the LED brightness using the Lightcrafter GUI. The software isn't recognizing the EVM and the EVM Status on the GUI just says 'Not Connected'. I have attached a screenshot of the GUI below.
Is there a firmware update or board file I need to get the GUI to recognize the EVM?
