TPLD1202: can TPLD1202 be programmed multiple time with "permanent Configure Device"?

HI,

I am using the TPLD1202RWBEVM at the moment. 

my attempt is to have the TPLD1202 being programmed on my development board, and test out but it will need to power down my evaluation board after the programming of tpld1202. Hence it need to be programmed with the "permanent Configure Device" option. 

However, we might need to change the logic based on the results we have on our evaluation board., 

I tried many time with the TPLD1202RWBEVM to have programming on the same TPLD1202 with "permanent Configure Device"(of course, with a noticeable changes on output for the judgement if the reprogramming is possible). However, we are not able to successfully program the device as the following always happens:

"Oh Snap! The last change caused an exception..."

reading the details, the following happens:

"Programmed CRC does not match given CRC. Expected e668 Recieved FEED"

I wonder if this device can support multiple time re-programming with "permanent Configure Device"?

Please advice.

    Hi Tee,

    No, these devices are not multi-time programmable. All TPLD are one-time programmable with permanent configurations. If you need to permanently program the device during testing, you will need to replace the device with a blank sample to test a different configuration.
