Tool/software:
I have now connected the control board and driver board according to the manual, but after connection, a communication error is displayed with the error message -301. How can I solve this error. May I ask if it is a physical connection issue or a software configuration issue.

I'm sorry to bother you again, as it's our first time using this board and we're not very familiar with configuring software and related operations. The Python file you sent us seems incompatible with the software we are currently developing. Is there a software manual and user guide for DLP4620 like the one in the picture below? The second one is about how to operate HDMI and PC communication. Currently, we have not found a suitable operating method.
