Hello,

I am currently working with a DLP LightCrafter module based on the DLPC300 (DLP3000). I'm trying to download the DLPR300 firmware, but the download link on TI.com returns an error (EdgeSuite/Akamai).

This is the error I get:
An error occurred while processing your request. Reference #30.ddbd7768.1750055496.5dd2961e

I have tried multiple browsers, cleared cache and cookies, and even used a VPN from the US, but the issue persists.

Would it be possible to get:

a working direct link to the DLPR300 firmware (.bin),
or the full LightCrafter GUI + firmware bundle compatible with the DLPC300?

Hello Jesse

The file is an installer and requires you to fill out a U.S. Government export approval. Did you get that page to come up? I am able to download it, but I am also a ti employee. I tried it from my home computer with an outside account and get a similar error message, I cannot bypass the approval.

We will have to investigate this from our side. I am sorry for the inconvenience.
