Hi,
I'm experiencing big problems controlling the DLP device.
I'm using a module based on M75NIR (DLP2010NIR + DLPC3470 + USB to I2C tool) from Anhua Optoelectronics (TI's official partner).
At the beginning it was possible to control the device via DLP EVM GUI 3.2.0.7.
Then I tried to use the DLPC API 1.10. Few initial attempts were succesful to some degree (communication was correct, but I've encountered problems with patterns very similar to described in this thread: https://e2e.ti.com/support/dlp-products-group/dlp/f/dlp-products-forum/1426977/dlp2010-dlp2010?keyMatch=dlp2010&tisearch=universal_search&cf-support=TI%20E2E%E2%84%A2%20design%20support%20forums).
After a couple of experiments with different pattern configurations (1d, 2d, different colors etc) the device stopped responding.
I'm still able to connect to the device and upload a firmware image, but it is impossible to control the projection. I'm also unable to do anything from the DLP EVM GUI level.
Could you please give me some instruction regarding following:
1) most important: how to reset the device (or bring it back to life in any other way)?
2) how to examine the device's state?
3) how to avoid such errors in the future?
4) Which firmware should I use? I couldn't find any firmware image dedicated for NIR devices.
According to some other threads, there might be a problem with DLPC3470 and DLP2020NIR. I do not really understand why there is some private file sharing in public threads:
