Tool/software:
Using DLPC, I am creating and using pattern images used in the 3D scanner in External Pattern Mode.
The patterns I usually use are as follows :
Exposure 1267 pre 271 post 49
This is well used
I'm trying to use a complex Dither pattern, but I'm getting noise. I've done some experiments, but I can't figure out what the problem is, so I'm leaving an inquiry.
It's not camera noise. I'm currently shooting in Trigger mode and the previous data was used without any problems.
There is no problem when using Dither on one or two sheets. However, from three sheets or more, noise like the one below occurs.
The contents of the experiment are as follows:
Expo 3992 853 155
R(white pattern) G(white pattern) B(white pattern) B'(white pattern)
BK(Black Pattern)
Gray 5(Gray Pattern)
Di1(Dither 1)
Di2(Dither 2)
Di3(Dither 3)
Di4(Dither 4)
Di5(Dither 5)
Exposure 3992 pre 853 post 155
1. RGB B' BK Di1 W BK Di2 W BK Di3 W BK BK BK (15 Trigger) -> O
2. RGB B' BK Di1 Di2 Di3 Di4 Di5 BK BK BK BK BK (15 Trigger) -> X
3. RGB B' BK Di1 Gray1 BK Di2 Gray2 BK Di3 Gray3 Gray4 Gray5 (15 Trigger) -> X
Exposure 1267 pre 271 post 49
4. RGB B' BK Gray1~5 W BK BK Di1 W BK BK Di2 W BK BK Di3 BK BK (24 Trigger) -> X => 3 Dither
-> _vw_check_raw_14.bmp
-> _vw_check_raw_18.bmp
5. RGB B' BK Gray1~5 W BK BK Di1 W BK BK BK W BK BK Di2 BK BK (24 Trigger) -> O => 2 Dither
6. RGB B' BK Gray1~5 BK BK W BK Di1 Di2 Di3 Bk Bk W BK BK W BK (24 Trigger) -> X => 3 Dither
7. RGB B' BK Gray1~5 BK BK W BK Di1 Di3 Bk Bk W BK BK W BK BK (24 Trigger) -> O => 2 Ditehr
I guess that as the amount of complex data increases, the amount of data processing is delayed and noise is generated. Is this phenomenon possible?
I wonder if the DMD is not opening and closing properly.
The final image I want to use is
RGB B' BK Gray1~5 Dither1~5 BK BK BK BK BK BK BK BK BK (24 Trigger)
Thanks
