The sync input is used to lock the internal switching frequency to an external clock.

You will need to use one of the methods shown in the attached application note to adjust your output voltage.

Effectly I have use the pin MODE in LMZM23600 for digital square signal like image 

Why the evaluation board don't function in this mode?

I apply Fsync=800Khz and Dsync=4,5V like page 7.5 electrical characteristics of LMZM23600 datasheet

It's ok? Where are my mistake?

The LMZM is a very different device from the one that you show in the snippet.

In the LMZM device the sync pin function is to control the switching frequency of the internal oscillator.

The signal PWM, indicated for pin MODE, in the world of light source indicated dimmer signal

You confirm that this pin MODE/SYNC can only syncronized more LMZM but can't variable Vout or Iout like a dimmer ?

That is correct.  The SYNC pin is used to synchronize to an external clock.
