Hello Mingcheng, 

I just sent you a friend request through E2E. Please accept my friend request and I will send you the appropriate firmware files though there. In order to program the firmware (.mcs) files into the SPI PROMs correctly, you will need download a version of Xilinx Lab tools that support the XCF16 PROMs (Impact Tool v14.1). Additionally, please change the configuration to use the internal 40 MHz clock when programming the XCF16P SPI PROMs. Once firmware is successfully programmed,  D16 and D17 LEDs should be illuminated when the DLPLCRC410EVM is powered on.
