Our customer used above parts and found 1 out of 10pcs had below issue.
After installing this chip into a DLP projector, an abnormal bright line was found during a full-black screen test, please see below image-1 for details.
On the same projector, replacing the LED with another chip resulted in the abnormal bright line disappearing and normal display, as shown in the photo below.
The suspected chip was then moved to another DLP projector, but the abnormal bright line still appeard.
After inspecting the suspected chip and found no abnormal scratch on the surface. After cleaning and reinstalling it in the DLP projector, the abnormal bright line remained, and the abnormal image remained unchanged.
Could you help check and advise if this chip defective or any other reason?
