DLPC4430EVM: USB driver cannot open

Hi,

I use DLPC4430EVM connected to DLP550HE DMD.  WHen I run the DLPC44XX GUI 1.1, a message "Cannot open USB driver, no projector available" pop up.  I tried to change the USB port to another port on my computer and power cycle the EVM, the message still exist.  I can't flash the image file as this message always appear.

 

Please can you help me how to solve this issue?
