LightCrafter returns a Command Flag of 0x00 when sending data over multiple packets

When attempting to send a static bitmapped image to DLP LightCrafter, over multiple packets and using Flags 0x01 - 0x03, the Command Flag in the response was always set to 0x00.  I flagged it as an error, but discovered the image was successfully sent to the LightCrafter.

In the DLP LightCrafter DM365 Command Interface DLPU007 document, section 2.1.4 makes the following statement about the Write Response Packet, "The CMD2, CMD3, and Flags are the same as the corresponding Write Command."

Is this a bug or documentation error?  I believe that sentence already includes CMD numbering typos.

Using a TCP\IP sniffer, I verified the behavior with the test application.
