Hi Dear,

I am new comer in pico-projector, may I know where to download datasheet of AFE1000 and DPP6401?

I searched TI website, these two chips seems are not existing. I am very confusing.

    Hello Ye.

    Welcome to the DLP E2E forum.

    The devices you are asking about - AFE10000 and DPP6401 - are custom products, which are not available for general purchase. Data sheets for these devices are not available from www.ti.com.

    TI does make DLP technology available for a larger audience, though. Please see the DLP catalog products, including the DLP1700, DLP5500, and DLP3000, which can be found at http://ti.com/mems

    Could you tell me more about your application? We would certainly like to understand what your needs are, and try to understand which DLP products may be applicable to your application. If you can make use of the DLP catalog devices, there is much help and information available to you.

    Hi there,

    As of today I am trying to connect a Optoma ML500.  When doing the USB connection it starts looking for dpp6401 and always fails.  This happens on XP as well as Win 7.  Right now I'm okay making the VGA connection, but I want to find out about the missing driver before an instructor is wanting to copy data from the SD card.  Any search has been unsuccessful and I came across this forum and hope to find out what the answer is.

    Birgit,

    Welcome to the TI DLP&MEMS E2E forum.

    You should contact Optoma for support of the ML500 projector.  TI makes the DLP technology, but the projectors are made and supported by their manufacturers (Optoma, in this case).

    Nonetheless, perhaps someone on this forum can offer some suggestions or help.
