The FIT values of the DLP5500 chip set?

Hello,

To calucuate the MTBF for the DLP5500 chip set. We would lilke to know the FIT values of the DLP5500 chip set(DLPC200ZEW,DLPA200PFC and DLP5500FYA).

Is it possible to provide these data?

    Performance data and specifications are available in the respective data sheets for the DLP products - DLP5500, DLPC200, DLPA200. This does not provide the FIT number you are requesting.

    From the "Notice" section of the datasheet:

    ---

    TI warrants performance of its hardware products to the specifications applicable at the time of sale in accordance with TI’s standard
    warranty. Testing and other quality control techniques are used to the extent TI deems necessary to support this warranty. Except where
    mandated by government requirements, testing of all parameters of each product is not necessarily performed.

    ---

    In order to discuss the FIT question further, it is necessary to engage directly with you under an NDA  (Non-Disclosure Agreement) between TI and your company.
