DLPC300 Layout Footprint

Hello:

I'm trying to build a board using the DLPC300 chipset. The DLPC300 datasheet says the chip uses 176pins 7 × 7 mm with 0.4-mm Pitch VFBGA package. I wonder if there is more information about this package like the footprint for layout.
