how to change the frame rate in batchfile configuration?

Hi,

I am developing my own applications in DLP lightcommander.but now I have run batchfile in it successfully, but i can't find the frame rate configuration in the batchfile.Also,I can't find an API to change the frame rate,either.So how to change the frame rate?
