Function WriteExternalImage Error

Hi

i made a DLP board myself .

when i download images , RUN LOG says error

 

 

ERROR - USB communication timed out

 # WriteExternalImage : Function did not return STAT_OK

 #Error: unable to execute "$L2.5 WriteExternalImage  "C:\image1.dbi", 0"

 

can you tell me where i have made mistake ?

    Hi Xiaochun,

    I suggest you to try basic things to ensure your hardware is working fine.

    'USB communication timed out' points to PC side interface not receiving any response from the hardware.

    Try following -

    1. Power on your board.

    2. Verify on PC device manager the DLPC200 USB device is detected.

    3. Try reading the system version like MCU version and Hardware version.

    4. Then try DMD park and unpark command.

    5. If the above things work then proceed to download image.
