why DLP Lightcrafter can not contact with WIN 7 notebook? and intensity instability?

hello! we buy two DLP Lightcrafters,but one can not contact with WIN 7 notebook, but can contact with WIN 7 desktop computer. and the other can contact with WIN 7 notebook and desktop computer, Can you answer it?

we input linear intensity to the DLP Lightcrafter ,and use a photometer to measure the intensity that the DLP Lightcrafter  projected. the result as shown in following picture. why the intensity of the DLP Lightcrafer so instability?

    Zhaohui,

    There is a firmware update for the DLP LightCrafter which corrects the USB connectivity issue. Please go to http://www.ti.com/tool/dlplightcrafter and scroll down the page until you see the DLP LightCrafter Firmware and Software Package v 1.1 download. Please see the README file in the downloaded package. It will tell you how to create an image on a uSD card and update the firmware. This should resolve the USB connectivity problem.

    About the light curve - could you give me more detail as to how you set up the LightCrafter? What is the x-axis?
