Hi, I have two questions:

1. does anyone know how to change the gamma/degamma for the LCr?

2. Is there a manual with a list of commands to set specific LCr properties that go beyond what is offered in the Qt GUI, e.g. set certain DLPC300 registers.

    Hi,

    Welcome to DLP&MEMS forum.

    1. At present the option is not available publicly.For video mode i.e., Static Image or HDMI Video Input mode (setting LED Select = RGB,  60Hz, and BitDepth = 8). The non-linear degamma is applied for rest like the pattern sequence mode a linear 1.0 degamma curve is applied. Since the DM365 ensures configuring DLPC300 as per the need. We have not exposed it. We would like to understand the reason for your request.

    2. We have simplified DLPC300 configuration by providing DM365 Command Interface specification. You can communicate to h/w via TCP and the DM365 command definitions enables you to configure as per your need. This is command specification link www.ti.com/lit/ug/dlpu007b/dlpu007b.pdf .  QT GUI uses the same TCP command set to communicate with the hardware. Let me know your interest like are you planning to build a different hardware and planning to use different embedded processor not the DM365?
