Dlp Pico Dev kit 2 settings for beagle

Hi

I have one of the dlp Pico projectors and a beagle board xm

I am trying to get the dlp to work with the beagle board. I have configured a version of angstrom with the pico dlp control program.

When I boot the beagle board the projector works ok and displays the console screen ok. Then after a few minutes I get a green blue and red band appear and the display starts to flicker.

Is this to do with the DVI settings on the beagle board?

What should the correct settings be for the uenv.txt file for the beagle ?

I have

defaultdisplay=dvi
dvimode=640x480MR-24@60
video=omapfb:vram:2M,vram:4M,mode:640x480MR-24@60

  • Ryan,

    It sounds like the Pico Kit v2 (HDMI mode) is losing video input from the Beagleboard. What may be happening is that the Angstrom linux GUI is going into sleep mode. If you can set up the display sleep times on the Angstrom linux, you may be able to keep it from going to sleep, and therefore keep a video stream going to the Pico Kit v2.
