I can't find DLP DMD 0.22'' nHD datasheet. Can any one help?

    Information, including data sheets, for DLP chip sets that does not require an NDA is available at:  http://www.ti.com/mems

    You need to contact your local TI Representative to discuss DLP chip sets that are not available from our website.

    Thank you for quick response!

    I already checked this website but didn't find the DMD I"m looking for. What I"m looking for is 0.22'' nHD DLP DMD for pico projector. I's able to 0.17'', 0.3'' DMD but not 0.22.

    The strange thing is that there are many posts mentioning that TI unleashed this back in 2010.
