LightCrafter gets stuck at startup screen

Dear all:

We found one of our LightCrafter device has the following problem:

When the device is powered up, the display stuck at the startup welcome screen, with the booting process bar fully filled.

The LED near DM365 is flashing red and green.

The device can be connected, but with errors:

And unable to get the FPGA version:

We have re-upgrade all firmwares but the problem remains.

Please help! Thank you.

Could you please try upgrading the DLPC300 code? Please see http://www.ti.com/tool/dlpr300. The splash screens are in this code.

Dear Pascal:

We've upgrade the device with the DLPC300 code you suggested. The GUI showed COMMAND Success. But the problem still exists.

Currently we have 5 LightCrafters in hand. 3 of them work fine. One is unable to change IP address. Another halt at splash screen.

But we urgently need 4 devices for our project. Please comment. Thank you.
