I am biomed research student at my university and our team is planning to carry out experimental research on patterned illumination microscopy employing DMDs. We've heard a lot about the Lightcrafter in the Engineering Dept., so I would like to know that being from a medical background (where I don't have good programming skills), is the Lightcrafter easy to work with in terms of programming? Do we need any Language specific programming skills?
We plan to illuminate objects with different Grating Patterns images in succession, and trigger them with a ccd to capture their images, so can somebody advice me which platform would be most suitable for this application?
